The Mission: Act as the high-velocity operational shadow to the Founder. This is a "Zero-Fear" role for someone who wants to learn how to build and scale a Venture Office. You must be as comfortable in a terminal as you are in a boardroom.

Core Responsibilities:
• Outbound & Growth: Identifying prospects, managing LinkedIn strategy, and cold-outreach to technical leadership.
• Delivery Orchestration: Attending high-stakes meetings, taking precision notes, and managing the aggressive follow-up engine.
• Technical Coordination: Speaking directly with engineering teams to bridge the gap between business intent and code.
• Operations: Managing the Founder's pipeline and drafting "Anti-Slop" communications for global clients.

Profile: Current MBA with a Technical/Engineering background. High-agency and unafraid to engage with senior enterprise stakeholders.

The Mission: Act as a technical "generalist" to bridge the gap between modern frontends and enterprise cores. You will research tools, build POCs, and dismantle technical debt in high-stakes environments.

Core Responsibilities:
• Rapid Prototyping: Building POCs across AI, DevOps, and Full-Stack environments (React and Java/Spring).
