The Role
We are not looking for someone who needs to be managed.
We want someone who sees a broken pipeline and fixes it before anyone asks. Someone who has built automation frameworks from scratch, knows why they made every decision, and can defend it in a room full of senior engineers.
You will work on live products used by real customers. You will set up QA architecture, build CI/CD pipelines, integrate AI tooling into how we deliver, and raise your hand when something is wrong.
We do not do 30 minute standups to find out what you did yesterday. We trust you to own your work and communicate when it matters.
What you own
QA automation framework, designed and built by you from scratch
Mobile test automation for React Native, this is a must, not a nice to have
CI/CD pipeline setup, configuration, and day to day ownership
Automated build, test, and deployment pipelines across environments
Release quality gates, you decide what ships and what does not
AI tooling integrated into QA and delivery workflows
Internal DawerOne delivery and pre-audit tools
You are right for this if
You have set up a mobile QA framework from scratch and can talk about every decision you made
You have owned a CI/CD pipeline end to end, not just contributed to one
You understand why testing exists and do not need it explained to you
